It starts at 12:00 and end at 06:00. It means that it continues 18 hours. Unbelievable!

I want to see London Elektricity. But I hadn't known what time he would play before I came to the club. So, I arrived at 12:45 and I knew London Elektricity start playing at 18:00. The DJs who play early didn't play drum'n'bass. As a result, I enjoyed listening not only drum and bass but also a lot of other deep music.

 Channel One Soundsystem. There is few people at 1 P.M.

Youngsta. It is 2 P.M.

Uncle Dug. Drum'n'bass started. It is 3 P.M.

I have never been to the club where drum'n'bass is playing in Japan. I was impressed when I looked the people who danced drum'n'step because I have heard a lot of reputation of it, but I have never seen it.

Anyway I tried to imitate their steps. When I tried drum'n'step, I found it is so hard. As you know, drum'n'bass is very fast music. Following is the number of steps in a week. Yesterday, there is apparently many steps.

I think that going to the club which is playing drum'n'bass is very useful for diet. But be careful because drum'n'step take big damage on my knees.

NU:TONE. It is 4 P.M.

S.P.Y. It is 5 P.M.

London Elektricity. It is 6 P.M.

We listened his songs for his new album which has not released yet.

 We were very lucky!

Etherwood. It is 7 P.M.

After London Elektricity finished playing, I went back home because I had been satisfied enough. I sincerely enjoyed this event because all tunes in this event were very cool, deep, and groovy.

But when I went back home, I confronted a disaster.It usually takes 50 minutes from the club to my accommodation. But today, it took very long time.

I took wrong train.
I missed train in transaction because there is only 2 minutes to change train.
I lost 10 minutes by going to wrong platform.
I have to pay extra fee because the transfer station was out of my seasonal ticket.
I missed train again when I paid extra fee.
I decided to go by bus because the ticket machine didn't accept my credit card.
I got to wrong bus stop 2 times.
The bus usually comes every 15 minutes but I waited bus for 30 minutes.

Eventually, it took 150 minutes.

I was exhausted.

2nd Progress Test

Today, I took a progress test which is second time for me.

I got

Listening : 56
Reading : 36
Grammer : 90

The score I can pass to the next level is

Listening : 25
Reading : 25
Grammer : 60

So, this time, I can pass the progress test.
But I can't be pleased with the result.

Theoretically, the test was supposed to be more difficult. But I didn't feel so. Maybe the difficulty of the test was same as before and I just got lower score than before.

I was disappointed with my English skill again.

I'm depressed.

I have no choice but go to a pub and be binge drinking. I'll go to a pub soon. See you!

People who learn language easily

Actually, my parents are good at learning language.

My father is German Teacher.
I'm not sure how my mother can speak foreign language, but I have seen that she spoke some foreign languages.

It seems I don't have that kind of gift.
English is second worst subject in the exam for entrance to University.
(The worst is Ethics.)

On the other hand, it seems some People learn language easily.

Recently, I try to find the common character of them.

In my opinion, they have a sense of music or sound.

They have good ears. As a result, they have a good pronunciation.

Almost all people who I know as a good English speaker are good at singing or they have a talent of music.

Besides, they are good at mimicking others as well.

They often mimic behaviors and speeches of others.

Some of my friends often mimic announce of a platform, "Mind the gap please".

I'm the last person to mimic others, but the last few days, I tried to mimic my teacher's behaviors in secret.

I'm not sure it is effective now.

If I feel it is effective, I'm going to write here.

According to Richard Brecht, Deputy Director of the National Foreign Language Center, Japanese is the hardest language for a native English speaker to learn.

Maybe we could say an opposite thing. That is, English is the hardest language for a native Japanese speaker to learn.

I'm the last person to talk about politics in Japan.

But in London, I have much more chance to talk about politics than Japan.

I know, the statement is quite political not sincere.

But there are a lot of things I can agree with.

Especially, I like that he relates a reason of the war to economic deadlock.

I think most reason of wars related to economics.

Besides, "Make fair and open international economic" is more concrete and more constructive than "Abolish wars".

It seems there are some critics that his statement is linguistic trick.

But I assess his statement.

How I can stay in a toilet for 4 hours.

About one month ago, I was trapped in a toilet of my house at 3 A.M.

Because a lock of the toilet are broken just after I locked the toilet.

There was another student in my home, but he was certainly sleeping at that time.

I was definitely shocked.

I have no choice without waiting for my homestay mate to wake up.
I had no choice but wait for my homestay mate to wake up.

I tried to sleep. But the day was too cold to sleep.

Besides, I had taken my jacket off just after I came back home.

So I tried to dance to warm up my body.

But the toilet is too narrow to dance.

I just shook and rubbed my body.

Anyway, I decided to report my situation to Facebook.

Fortunately, I had iPhone in my pocket then.

Facebook was a good comfort for me.

Especially the time difference between U.K and Japan was helpful.

Here in London, the time was 3 A.M but Japan was 11 A.M. so some Japanese friend cheered me up.

However, my iPhone might have ran out of battery, so I tried to check only every 30 minutes.

Luckily, my homestay mate got up early that day.

So I could get out from the toilet in 4 hours.
I finally got out of the toilet in 4 hours.

I recommend you not to lock your toilet.

The performance in Orlando

In Orlando, we stayed Dolphin hotel which is a Disney official.

There is a pool and beach at the hotel.

There is a big hall in the hotel. It can accommodate more than 3000 people.

One of the purpose I came to Orlando is joining 50th anniversary of Up with People.

Up with People is an American education organization whose stated mission is to bridge cultural barriers and create global understanding through service and a musical show.

I'm not a member of Up with People.

But I am a member of an organization which is related to Up with People.

So, I joined this event and gave some performances.

At the end of the event, we could see a fireworks for 10 minutes.

I think it was too gorgeous.

I wished the money of the fireworks had used for other peaceful things alternatively.

(Because generally the cost of fireworks are very expensive.)

Of course, I know the people of Up with People were great, genial and lofty, but I doubt the their feeling of the money.

Recently I watched Harry Potter movie.

So, My memory about Harry Potter World was clear.

I was excited.

 I took a rest in this vehicle while other members took a roller-coaster.Because I was scared to ride it(Hollywood Rip Ride).

Disney World ( Animal Kingdom )

 This is Lion King show.This is one of the most valuable show you should see in The Disney World.
Dance, juggle, acrobatics, all of things were  the highest level in the world.

This creature was so disgusting. I'm curious about it.

I think they are fish, but they have hands.

I have never seen like this. 

Amazing!

Disney World( Magic Kingdom )

 If we want to see a parade in the front row in Tokyo Disney Land, we have to keep a place at least 30 minutes before the parade starts. But in Orlando, we can see a parade in the front row, although we come to the place only 10 minutes before.

 Big Thunder Mountain was suddenly broken after we waited in a queue for one hour.
We were disappointed.
